How long does delivery take within the UK?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Once dispatched, your order should arrive in 3-5 working days.
Where is my order?
If you think your order may be lost, please contact us.
Can I return my item?
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days as long as it remains unworn and in its original packaging with labels and swing tags still attached.
To request a return, please email us at: support@droveweavers.co.uk and include your name, order number and the reason for your return in the email. We will reply with a confirmation and instructions on how to return your item. Drove Weavers reserve the right to refuse any goods returned outside the time limit stated and/or goods which do not meet the conditions detailed above.
Who pays for return shipping?
Items are returned at the customer’s expense. Please retain your proof of postage until the refund is received. Drove Weavers are not responsible for any lost returns or liable for any duties or custom charges incurred in returning products to us.
When will I get my refund?
Once the item is returned to us and if it is found to meet our conditions, we will process your refund which should arrive in your account in 3-5 working days. Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
